Deferred Presentment and Small Loan Act

Extended payment plan; terms; conditions (LSA-R.S. 9:3578.4.1): The Act clarifies that a request for an extended payment plan be made in writing and requires the lenders to include the lender name, E-Mail address, phone number, and facsimile in the required disclosure.
