Submission of Form D Notice Filings

Effective March 15, 2019, the Commissioner of Securities began accepting electronic filings of Form D notice filings.  Both the Form D that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and payment of a $300 filing fee to the Commissioner of Securities may be submitted through the Electronic Filing Depository (EFD) System.  In the alternative, submission of a paper copy of the notice of sale on Form D that was filed electronically with the Securities and Exchange Commission and payment of a $300 filing fee may still be mailed to the Commissioner of Securities.
