Extended Payment Plan required in all Deferred Presentment Transaction and Small Loan (Payday Loans) contracts

Extended payment plan; terms; conditions (LSA-R.S. 9:3578.4.1):

The Act clarifies that a request for an extended payment plan be made in writing and requires the lenders to include the lender name, E-Mail address, phone number, and facsimile in the required disclosure. For a copy of the Law: Click Here.
